1. Nature of Services

NestFinder LLC is a real estate investment company. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and do not represent buyers or sellers in a brokerage capacity. We assign our contractual rights in purchase agreements to third-party investors and buyers.

 

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

All reservation or deposit fees paid through this website (e.g., $509) are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit secures your exclusive access to the assignment agreement and the opportunity to purchase the underlying contract. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

 

3. No Guarantee

NestFinder LLC makes no guarantees about the condition of any asset, trailer, or property involved. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing any transaction.

 

4. Assignment Process

Buyers must execute an Assignment Agreement to obtain the purchase contract details. The balance of the assignment fee is due at or before closing. Title or transfer services will be arranged between the buyer and the seller, or a third-party closing agent where applicable.

 

5. Intellectual Property
